Thank you Tim for sharing a special piece of your artwork and for providing the extra motivation to encourage us to contribute to A Place to Bark. Sometimes it is especially hard to part with certain pieces of art and I commend you for putting this out there. It is great that Kathy was the lucky winner, but all of us who contributed to the effort are also winners for helping Bernie and the beautiful animals.
Happy Valentines Day for sharing the love!

Congratulations to Kathy! I think she should send you a pic after she gets the canvases hung so we can all see WHERE she put them! What a great cause . . . so sad to hear that she didn't get the additional grant money . . . she should really research family foundations that have an interest in helping organizations that have a pet interest. Grants are out there, it just take a lot of work to find them! Good luck to her and her organization.

Oh how lucky Kathy is to have been chosen to receive such a beautiful piece of art work. Guess I'll have to find something else to fill that vacant spot above my desk.
Speaking of wonderful art......if you ever get to Prescott, AZ......Tim's stomping grounds.......check out the Co-op art gallery. I wish I could remember the exact name......but I happened to stop in there this past September and found some absolutely wonderful art pieces by local artist. I came home with a wonderful wall sculpture made from old pieces of wood.....and other collectable pieces like rusted tin boxes, old spoons, wire...and then embellished with beads and other metal accents. It was so cool......I had to have it. I have it hanging in my scrapbooking room and absolutely love it.

Good morning, Tim! I am in the middle of being overwhelmed by the number of things to play with out there in the universe! I went to a stamp & scrapbooking convention yesterday and bought a bunch of things and then someone sent me a few tutorial links to look at this morning that listed about 100 different projects! Holy cow! There just aren't enough hours in the day, week, year or lifetime to do all this stuff! I want to be indepedently wealthy so I never had to do anything but play forever more! Hope you're having a great day! XOXO, Lynn
