Tim,
Alaska is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Make sure to take a helicopter ride to a glacier, the blues of the ice are unbelievable. If you go to Skagway take the Gold Rush train, you'll love the scenery and the history. Just make sure to sit in a middle car. The scenery in College Fjord is breath taking. Make sure you're batteries are charged in your camera before that leg of the cruise. You are going to have the best time! Looking forward to hearing all about it when you get back.

Have a fantastic time!!! LBC (life before children!!!) I used to be an Assistant Purser with Princess Cruises, and I long to take my husband on a cruise to Alaska to show him how fantastic the sights are there - by sea is the best way to see it. To be on a cruise seeing all that beauty and having you there doing fantasic projects - I don't think life gets better than that!

Hello there!
this is my first time replying on your site. your work well i am sure you hear it all the time fab! phenom! my kids hate that word. i teach scrapping to a group of awesome ladies in northern ontario canada and i am waiting for my inks(alcohol) to come in so that i can learn some of your techniques and spread the wealth. i hope you have a safe and exciting trip. they say nothing helps the creative juices flow like a good adventure. my hub would say in my case that sour pussy which is a drink(raspberry and green apple) help my creative juices flow. so take care and be safe.

Tim, I hope you and your cruisers have a wonderful time. I have to say that though the area you are going to is pretty, you are missing some of the best parts of Alaska. Southeast AK is just the tip of the iceberg. Homer is amazingly beautiful and an experience unlike any other with the Homer Spit. My husband and I grew up there. We are now in Interior Alaska and close to Denali park...also pretty in a very different way. If you ever want to experience the TRUE beauty of Alaska, let me know...lol:) Have fun!!!
