yes i admit it... i am hooked! i'm not much of a reader, but i have to say that when you find a book that just pulls you in, get ready for a great escape. i'm deep into the twilight series and seriously obsessed with reading every single night! right now i'm only on book 2 and i must admit i'm trying to drag it out since i've read on several blogs that people were sad when they finished - craving more. of course there is all the buzz about the twilight movie too. if you're looking for a great read - this is it! it really reminds me of one of my favorite movies while i was in high school "the lost boys" - a very hip and cool vampire movie (at the time anyway). thank you stephenie meyer for one incredible reading adventure. so anyone else out there reading the twilight series? are you as obsessed as i am... t!m

I can't wait to see it too!

I haven't got round to reading this series yet, but it's on my list! Just hope I've been good enough for Santa to bring me the series!
My favourite film when I was at school was "The Lost Boys" too!

I started reading them last year when Tena Sprenger had the first one included in her book club. I was HOOKED!!! I have the third one that I still have to read but I couldn't put the first two down. The hype around the movie is so understandable with all the kids and adults alike hooked on the series. Stephenie sure knows how to pull readers in!!! Enjoy the adventure!

Watch out... I read them all in less than a week! You get hooked - I thought the second book was a little slow... But wait until you get to Two and Three... It's a fun ride. If you like this series read the Southern Vampire Series by Charlene Harris - I thought those were even batter (this is what HBO's Truee Blood is based on).
I went to see the Twilight movie with a bunch of Friends yesterday and we had a great time!

I also am not a big reader, but I love this series. I am on book 3, I did see the movie and I loved it! Can't wait until the next one comes out...

OBSESSED here!!!! I am reading them for the second time, my daughter and I had tickets to see it opening night with friends and dissappointingly we have both been really sick. I too was one of the ones who drug it out the first time reading it because I didn't want the story to end. However there is another "sequel" kind of. Midnight Sun. It is the Twilight version recording Edward's view. It has however reached a snag, somebody leeked the first 250 pages so she has set it aside. You can read it on her webpage, but I am holding out for the book to be released!!! Hope you keep on enjoying. Who knows what this might inspire in YOU!!!!!!

I just finished Twilight yesterday. I didn't want to admit that I really liked the book because I thought it was for teen age girls. I think after seeing The Lost Boys I have loved vampire movies. I think hanging out in Santa Cruz when I was in high school made the movie more real for me. My all time fav vampire move has to be Bram Stoker's Dracula with Gary Oldman. This was a very romatic movie and Gary played the part perfectly.

These are books you can "sink your teeth into" I read the first book in 2 days last weekend and I was lucky enough to get books 2, 3 & 4 as a birthday gift on Wednesday. I'm going to try and see the film today. They actually had a showing this morning at 7:30 am!
