hey there bloggers - hope you had a great week. i've been wanting to do this video for months and i'm happy to finally have it finished. i get emails daily asking about using other companies dies in the sizzix vagabond machine? the short answer is...yes! you can use other companies dies in this amazing machine, but of course there are things you'll need to know, and a couple additional supplies you'll need before you give it a try. check out this video test drive of the vagabond - hopefully it will share just what you've been looking for...t!m
additional supplies used:
- decorative strip cutting pads
- replacement shim
- solo thin die adapter
- impressions pad
- silicone rubber pad

Thank you so much Tim!! You are the best!!!

Oh how you made me want one more. Unfortunately it is not in the budget. :(
I still have the very original sizzix machine. That is what I am using and will continue to for now. At least most of it is compatable, just not the larger dies. You still have the best products.

T!M,
Thanks so much for the info. This really helps. Love my Vagabond, and everything else you come up with. Can't imagine what life and art would be like if not for you and your sharing your talent with all of us. We are soooo lucky!
