hey bloggers! well puerto rico sure is an amazing place. the people are so kind, so fun, and so energetic. today was day one of the puerto rico scrapbook event - the VIP event where 150 lucky students spent the day doing workshops specifically designed for the event. this was my project i designed for the event. it is a technique canvas where students learned techniques on distress ink, distress stain, distress stickles, distress crackle, paint dabbers, dabber resist, perfect pearls mist, sticky-back canvas, tissue tape, grungeblocks, kraft glassine, and lots of idea-ology.
it was a day filled with food, drinks, fun, prizes and lots of dancing. you see here at the puerto rico scrapbook event you can't just claim your prize if you win by sitting there - you must dance for it. here's a little video of some of the dancing fun! gotta love that...
i can't wait for 2 more days of fun ahead here in puerto rico. interested in one of these kits from today's workshop? well leave a comment on the blog and i'll choose a few winners when i'm back in the studio next week. winners will also get with the kit, a bag filled with ranger goodness to create this technique packed project. more to come and more kits to giveaway on sunday. enjoy your weekend...t!m
