hey bloggers - i have some very exciting news to share! i've been keeping this under wraps for months now, but since i received this in the mail last week, the word is out. i'm humbled beyond words of this amazing opportunity to be the first "male" to be featured in the "where women create" magazine. a genuine and sincere thank you to creator and editor-in-chief jo packham for this incredible honor and opportunity. i was approached by jo a while back with her idea to start a new column in the magazine titled "the men who make it" and i was her choice to be the first one! to say i am excited about this is an understatement. you can pick up your copy of the aug/sept issue at your local store and check out all of the great articles throughout...
i'm also happy to announce that i will be at the creative connection event in september to do a book and magazine signing as well as being an expert on the pitch slam panels. i look forward to attending this event as i heard incredible things about it last year, i can't wait! so go out and get your copy of "where women create" magazine - this could very well be history in the making (lol)...t!m

congrats to you!! Every time my boys get in to my crafting supplies (for some reason they are always drawn to my ink collection) I always say "there's the next Tim Holtz in the making. You are an inspiration, not only to myself as a crafter, but to my boys as a male role model in the crafting industry that they can look up to. Thank you for all that you do, you really deserve the honor of being the 1st feature, enjoy it!!
