hey bloggers! well i'm back from my annual birthday trip to the happiest place on earth and what a trip it was. i want to start off by saying a huge thank you for all of the tweets, facebook, email, and text wishes on my birthday - wow! i also want to say thank you to those who sent such incredible birthday cards to me. i came back to the studio to a huge pile of mail and was simply blown away by the thoughtful creativity shared by all of you. thank you just doesn't seem like enough, but know that it is genuine and sincere...
we headed out a little early this year to spend a couple of days at sizzix to wrap up some details on the new cha releases and the booth displays...i am so excited for cha time and just wait until you see what i have in store! while i was at sizzix mario had a chance to spend the day with his aunt marie and uncle john that he hasn't seen in a while. he had a great day and he truly adores his aunt marie - can't you tell???
then of course, it was time to enjoy a few days of the most magical time with friends. hard to believe that it's already been 11 years since i started my annual birthday tradition to spend it at disneyland, and even happier that my dear friends take the time out of their lives to celebrate with me! the laughs, fun, rides, food, shopping, and spending time together is what it's all about. i'm sure the photos say it all - dreams that you wish truly do come true...t!m
